Анотація

У статті висвітлюється історія запровадження ґродських та земських судів в українських землях на основі загальнодержавних кодексів (Статутів) Великого князівства Литовського. Описується порядок судочинства та функції судів, показано їх відмінності. Розкривається наполеглива боротьба шляхти за юридичне оформлення її прав.
