Концептуалізація ідентичності українства в офіційному дискурсі

Актуальність концепту «ідентичність» дедалі більшого значення набуває в умовах глобалізації та соціокультурних трансформацій. Європейська ідентичність українського народу закріплена в основному документі держави. Дослідження концепту ідентичності здійснено за допомогою аналізу офіційних документів держави, проектів концепцій загальнонаціональної ідентичності та результатів соціологічних досліджень. Ідеї ідентичності українства, національної єдності та консолідації суспільства досить виразно простежуються у концепціях, стратегіях національної безпеки України. Йдеться про зміцнення національної єдності та гарантування територіальної цілісності, здатності держави і суспільства давати адекватні відповіді на внутрішні і зовнішні виклики.
В офіційних документах акцентується увага на захищеності державного суверенітету та територіальної цілісності, зміцненні національної єдності та консолідації українського суспільства, попередженні загроз національній безпеці в гуманітарній сфері, утвердженні в усіх сферах української мови як одного з найважливіших чинників національної самобутності українського народу, збереження національної ідентичності в умовах глобалізаційних викликів. Державна політика захисту української мови є питанням національної безпеки та національно-патріотичного виховання українців.
Важливим чинником конструювання загальної ідентичності, ідентифікаційного простору виступає державна політика, закріплена в законодавчих актах, насамперед у концепціях, стратегіях, доктринах. Ідентичність має значний консолідаційний потенціал і є складною конструкцією, яка включає низку чинників, зокрема етнічних, культурних, територіальних, політичних, економічних, юридичних та інших. Формування загальнонаціональної ідентичності має стати пріоритетним завданням Української держави.
