Кримські татари в умовах інтеграції в український простір: освітній аспект

Анотація

Дослідження зорієнтоване на висвітлення становища кримських татар у Криму, аналізі державної політики України щодо забезпечення культурно-освітніх потреб кримських татар після 1991 р., що дасть можливість встановити хиби та прорахунки у здійсненні етнополітики незалежної України в Криму та унеможливити подібне у майбутньому.
Актуальність досліджуваної проблематики обумовлена тим, що підтримання етнополітичної стабільності є найголовнішим завданням етнонаціональної політики держави, запорукою територіальної цілісності та недоторканності. Водночас законодавство та дії державних органів влади повною мірою не забезпечили етнополітичної стабільності, що спричинило етнополітичну дестабілізацію з усіма її складовими (використання власної національної меншини для анексії територій країни її проживання, незаконні референдуми, не­оголошена гібридна війна).
Через освіту закладаються підвалини поглядів та ідеологій, стереотипи та упередження молодого покоління, яке згодом буде вирішувати долю країни. Тому, розглядаючи проблеми збереження та розвитку кримськотатарської мови в соціокультурному просторі Криму, ми акцентували увагу на прорахунках в гуманітарній політиці України щодо АР Крим.
Після 2014 р. в Україні прийнято низку законодавчих документів, які спрямовані на захист прав кримськотатарського народу як корінного народу України. Також активізувалася діяльність кримськотатарських громадських організацій щодо національно-культурного відродження етносу. Однак, незважаючи на громадські ініціативи і проєкти, необхідною є розробка та реалізація дієвої державної програми із захисту та розвитку кримськотатарської мови в умовах сучасних викликів. Одним із ключових положень цієї програми має стати розвиток мережі класів з кримськотатарською мовою навчання, відкриття та підтримка недільних шкіл, видання підручників та додаткової літератури кримськотатарською мовою, фінансова підтримка громадських культурно-освітніх ініціатив. Важливою є розробка та підтримка проєктів, які б репрезентували кримськотатарську культуру в Україні та світі.
