Колоніальна, етноцентристська та етатистська парадигми управління культурною спадщиною в Україні

Анотація

Стаття присвячена узагальненню світоглядно-філософських підстав управління культурною спадщиною України. Доводиться, що ідентифікація об’єктів культурної спадщини та їх творців не залишається константою ані в просторово-політичному, ані в хронологічному вимірах. Це – процес, а не стан, і процесуальна сутність вимагає виокремлення певних етапів, стадій, розгортання явища, що досліджується. Кожному етапу відповідає певна парадигма управління історико-культурною спадщиною. В роботі називаються та описуються такі парадигми, як колоніальна, етноцентрична, етатична. Колоніальна парадигма виходить з неповноцінності української культури, нездатності українців створити свою державу. Сьогодні вона остаточно відійшла в минуле, зберігаючись хиба що у хворій свідомості російських неоімперців. Натомість, етноцентрична та етатична парадигми співіснують у вітчизняному гуманітарному просторі та конкурують між собою. Ця конкуренція є наслідком зіткнення двох суперечливих тенденції, одна з яких орієнтована на традиціоналістські, а друга – на універсалістські цінності. Відповідно, перший підхід передбачає суворий відбір претендентів на визнання в якості «українських» творців культурної спадщини, заснований на принципах етнічної чистоти, мовної досконалості, незалученості до імперсько-радянсько-російського наративу. Другий підхід відштовхується від міжнародних норм, постмодерністської методології плюральності і необхідності розширення історичного пантеону. Загальносвітова тенденція відмови від гранднаративів передбачає поступовий перехід до постнаціональних цінностей з «широким» підходом до ідентичності культурної спадщини. Військова агресія з боку Росії загальмувала в Україні вказаний перехід і тимчасово підсилила позиції прихильників етноцентричної парадигми, повернувшись в умовах війни до виявлення «своїх» та «чужих». Водночас, етатична парадигма є свідченням не слабкості, а сили нації, і саме на ній має ґрунтуватися управління культурною спадщиною.
