Законодавче регулювання праці військовополонених в окупованій вермахтом Україні (1941—1944 рр.)

Анотація


Стаття присвячена нормативно-правовій базі використання праці військовополонених у німецьких таборах на території рейхскомісаріату «Україна» та в зоні військової окупації. Основну увагу приділено націонал-соціалістичній трансформації фундаментальних положень міжнародного гуманітарного права. Висвітлено окремі аспекти міжнародного права в сфері військового полону напередодні Другої світової війни.
